👩🔬Kryptview's scoring formula
The Kryptview community token score is generated through an automated algorithm that objectively integrates the community’s input. The contributors don’t attribute any score themselves. They feed the algorithm with information through the Scoring Wizard for final score calculation.
Kryptview’s crypto scoring system computes the score from the integration of:
A fundamental score, accounting for 70% of the final community score. This fundamental score is derived from contributor’s qualitative answers to precise due-diligence questions along the 6 pillars of fundamental analysis.
A quantitative score, accounting for 30% of the final community score. This quantitative score reflects dynamic market data of the token.
The final community score ranges from Junk I to Strong III. As a result, each score evolves according to the actualization of the token’s state (update based on market data) and the project’s health (modification and/or addition to the pool of contributions).
Calculation of the fundamental score
The fundamental score is derived from the answers to the Scoring Wizard of contributors whose scorings were validated by the community. The community’s scorings generate pillar scores, also ranging from Junk I to Strong III, for each of the 6 thematic blocks of the Scoring Wizard:
Team & Advisors
Project
Traction & Community
Token
Ecosystem & Competition
Sustainability
The global fundamental score is then calculated from these 6 pillar scores.
Mitigation measure in case of sparse scoring
For tokens with a low number of scorings, there is a devaluation of the general score. This measure is established in order to prevent high scores that would be generated by a low number of contributors – e.g. shillers – which would not reflect the true opinion of the community. The value of community-generated scoring originates in the collective consensus, thus necessitating a certain sample size to reflect the community’s opinion with sufficient accuracy.
This devaluation decreases as the number of scorings validated for this token increases. Beyond a certain number of scorings, this devaluation is entirely canceled.
